No. 8 Piazza is superbly located overlooking Porthmeor Beach and within minutes walk of the town, restaurants and coastal walks. There is a balcony to enjoy the magnificent beach and sea views.
Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen/living area with access to a private balcony, with furniture, perfect for enjoying the views over Porthmeor Beach. The well equipped Kitchen has an Electric hob and oven, fridge, separate freezer and microwave. There is a Smart TV in the living area. The Bathroom has a shower over bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. An open sided/open tread staircase (not suitable for very young children) leads to the First Floor. Off the landing is a Double bedroom which has a 5ft bed and fitted wardrobes, TV and DVD Player and fantastic views over Porthmeor Beach. The Twin bedroom has 2 x 3ft beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate cloakroom with wc and wash basin on this floor. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting.
Changeover Day: Saturday.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; underfloor heating.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired locally.

Location
St Ives
