Description

No. 8 Piazza is superbly located overlooking Porthmeor Beach and within minutes walk of the town, restaurants and coastal walks. There is a balcony to enjoy the magnificent beach and sea views.

Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen/living area with access to a private balcony, with furniture, perfect for enjoying the views over Porthmeor Beach. The well equipped Kitchen has an Electric hob and oven, fridge, separate freezer and microwave. There is a Smart TV in the living area. The Bathroom has a shower over bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. An open sided/open tread staircase (not suitable for very young children) leads to the First Floor. Off the landing is a Double bedroom which has a 5ft bed and fitted wardrobes, TV and DVD Player and fantastic views over Porthmeor Beach. The Twin bedroom has 2 x 3ft beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate cloakroom with wc and wash basin on this floor. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting.

Changeover Day: Saturday.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; underfloor heating.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired locally.

PROPERTY NAME: 8 Piazza

PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION: Brick

PARKING: Location of parking: Space 8 in the communal courtyard. Parking for 1 small to medium car only (limited manouverability).

ACCESS TO PROPERTY:  8 Piazza can be found on the far left hand side of the block.

PROPERTY ACCESS: 1 Step into property from courtyard area. No handrail. 

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS: The interior staircase is open sided on the left hand side and consists of 14 stairs which are carpeted and have a handrail on the right hand side. There is 1 step out onto the balcony from the apartment.

FLOORING: The downstairs area of the apartment is laminated flooring throughout with no edging strips to any of the rooms. The landing stairs and bedrooms are all carpeted with edging strips on the entrance to both bedrooms and the upstairs clockroom which has vinyl floor covering.

BEDROOMS: No restricted access around the double bed. Access down the middle of the twin beds only to one side.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: Synthetic

BATHROOMS: Shower over bath with moveable screen.

LIVING AREA: Curtains to windows.

St Ives

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist.
