Set in one of St Ives most sought after locations this first and second floor apartment offers superb views of Porthmeor from the beach level balcony to the lounge and main bedroom.

The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a split level cooker, microwave and fridge, double sofa bed, TV, DVD player, DAB stereo and access to the lovely beach side balcony. An open tread staircase (may not be suitable for very young children) leads up to the two bedrooms. The main bedroom with commanding views of the beach has a 5ft bed, TV and ensuite with shower, basin, wc and heated towel rail. In the second bedroom are two x 3ft single beds, wash basin and a TV. The main bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting.

PARKING: Allocated parking space in underground garage. Access height to garage is approx 6'6".  Space is 16ft long x 7ft wide approx.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From underground garage up tarmac slope to entrance courtyard

PROPERTY ACCESS: 1 small step into the apartment.


STAIRS/STEPS: 12 open tread stairs to first floor. Handrail on both sides.

FLOORING: Living area and kitchen have wood flooring. There is a doormat at the front door and a bound edge rug in the lounge. Bedrooms wood floor with rugs. Tiled floors in ensuite and bathroom. Carpeted stairs.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around double bed. Access between twin beds only.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: Duvets and Pillows are synthetic.

BATHROOMS: Shower over bath with moveable shower screen. Ensuite has a shower cubicle with a sliding door. One step over shower tray to enter.

LIVING AREA: Curtains to patio window and bedrooms. Roller blind in kitchen

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: Small threshold step from living area on to balcony with furniture.

The view, balcony and location make this property a winner! This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we've been happy both times and would absolutely come again.
