This light, contemporary, spacious accommodation is situated on the famous Porthmeor Surfing Beach with a balcony to enjoy the wonderful beach views. A perfect base for a family holiday.

Entrance hall leading into Kitchen and Living/Dining area with glass partitions giving an open and airy feel with superb views over the beach and across the sea. The modern well equipped kitchen offers an electric induction hob, electric oven and cooker hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and wine cooler. Lounge/Dining room with contemporary light oak furniture and comfortable seating including a double sofa bed, padded window seat, TV, DVD player and WiFi access. Door to balcony which looks directly over the beach and has furniture and wet suit drying hooks. Bathroom including electric shower over bath, heated towel rail, shaver point, wc and wash basin. Separate cloakroom with wash basin and wc. Master bedroom with spectacular views over the sea, 5ft bed, double width wardrobe, light oak furniture, TV, wash basin, mirror. The second bedroom has 2x3ft divans. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting.

There is also a sofa bed available upon request allowing the property to sleep 6.  Please mention when booking if this is required.

Fantastic location and worth every penny, great that the property has parking and apartment had everything we needed., would highly recommend, the views were amazing, the crashing waves, the sunsets over the bay, the surfers, the dog walkers, just all added to the magic of overlooking such a beautiful beach
