Situated on the 1st floor, boasting spectacular sea and beach views, beautifully furnished and well appointed, 12 Barnaloft is in a superb location for a summer holiday or a relaxing winter break.

Leading off the hall is a modern bathroom comprising of a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. The well equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Overlooking the beach the lounge/diner has a window seat to enjoy the view, Smart TV, DVD player and door to balcony with chairs. Also with a beach view the main bedroom has a 5ft bed, TV and ensuite shower room with shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. There are two 3ft divans and a basin in the second bedroom. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting.

Access Statement

PROPERTY NAME: 12 Barnaloft


PARKING: Location of parking: Garage number 3 opposite the main Barnaloft building

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Tarmar turning area outside main building with private garage in the courtyard. Drop off available outside the block.

PROPERTY ACCESS: From the garage turn to the right and there is a set of 15 concrete stairs with a hand rail on both sides leading up to the first floor. a further 10 steps leads to the front door, then 1 step over the threshold into the apartment.


STAIRS/STEPS:  The interior of the apartment is on one level but there are slightly raised edging strips diving each room.

FLOORING: There is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except the bathroom which is tiled. There are rugs at the sides of the bed.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around master bed. Access to the middle of the twin beds only.


BATHROOMS: Shower type: Over bath/handheld with moveable shower screen

LIVING AREA: Curtains to windows

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: Private balcony accessed from the lounge on the seaward side.
