Overlooking one of the most popular of St Ives beaches, Porthmeor, the apartment enjoys breath-taking sea views and a private balcony to take in one of our famous sunsets.

The open plan kitchen/lounge/diner comprises of a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge, TV, DVD player and a large picture window to take in the stunning beach views, and access onto the private balcony. Off the entry hall, there is a bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin, and WC. The open staircase (not suitable for very young children) leads to an extended gallery bedroom with a 5ft bed, 2 x 3ft beds and wash basin. Folding doors separate the King Size bed and the singles for added privacy. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting (in Winter). Private Parking is available in a nearby garage.

PROPERTY NAME:15 Barnaloft


PARKING: No Parking. The nearest public car park is the Island Car Park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Drop off available in the Barnaloft courtyard. Turning room available.

PROPERTY ACCESS: From the courtyard there are 6 concrete steps, turning to a further 13 steps, turning to a further 5 steps onto the walkway leading to the apartment entrance. There is a handrail to both sides of the steps. There is a small threshold step to enter the apartment.


STAIRS/STEPS: There are steep wooden, painted open tread stairs to the gallery bedroom. There is a handrail with wide set spindles (not suitable for very young children).

FLOORING: The flooring throughout is carpet except the kitchen which has lino flooring.

BEDROOMS: There is un restricted access around the beds. There is a folding door to separate the double and twin beds in the gallery bedroom.


BATHROOMS: There is a shower over the bath with a shower curtain. There are grab rails on the bath.

LIVING AREA: Curtains to all windows.

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: There is a private slate patio with furniture. Please be aware that the slate can become slippery.


PETS: Not Accepted. Please enquire on booking regarding assistance dogs




Absolutely stunning location. Spending hours on the balcony or on the sofa watching the sea is an absolute joy. Cannot recommend this gorgeous place highly enough. The staff at St Ives Holidays are also all consistently friendly and helpful and seem to really care that guests have a good holiday. The arrival information and emails are timely and thorough and make planning and arrival simple and easy.
