First floor: fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, fridge and microwave, leading to open plan lounge/dining area with TV and DVD Player, CD Player with Bluetooth and USB, and magnificent views across to Hayle Towans. Shower Room with shower cubicle, wc and wash basin.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog accepted all year round, £20 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
