Wet Room with shower, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. 6 steps from the utiltiy area lead to a south facing patio with furniture and drying area. 5 further steps lead to a higher patio area which can also be accessed from the Twin Bedroom. On the first floor is the Master Bedroom with 5' bed. The Twin Bedroom has 2 x 3' beds and access to the higher level patio area.

STAIRS/STEPS: There is a small step leading from the kitchen to utility room. Through the back door there are 6 steps leading up to the split level patio with a further 5 steps with handrails on both sides between the 2 levels. 10 stairs lead to the first floor (the first 4 steps are angled where the ceiling is quite low) with a half handrail on the right.
FLOORING: The flooring throughout the ground floor is tiled with a large rug in the living area and a small rug between the kitchen and utility. The stairs and and bedrooms are carpetted.
BEDROOMS: There is unrestricted access around the beds.
