This cosy cottage retains much of its original character. Situated in a pedestrian lane off the Wharf, the property is within a few yards of the Harbour and shops and within easy walking distance of all beaches and amenities.

7 steps into Lounge/Dining area overlooking car park with TV, DVD player, CD player, Hi-Fi with iPod docking station and electric coal effect fire. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washer drier. Open tread stairs (may not be suitable for very young children) to Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed. PROPERTY ACCESS: Approx 20 steps from the drop off point to the 7 large concrete steps leading up to the front door, then 1 step into the front porch. Hand rails on the right hand side
