The main entrance to the flat is accessed via a path leading to the garden which has 6 steps. You enter into the Kitchen/Dining Area which is equipped with an Electric Oven and Hob, Fridge and Slimline Dishwasher. Stairs lead to the Lounge which has a TV/DVD Player and overlooks the pretty garden and has sea views across the bay to Godrevy and beyond. Off the hallway on the same floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there are 2 x 3ft beds and the other has a 5ft bed and DAB radio. In the bathroom is a bath with shower over, wash basin and wc. The guest's enclosed garden area has seating for you to enjoy a Summers evening (please note there are some steps and young children should be supervised at all times).
