Gwel Marten apartments are within easy reach of Carbis Bay beach and the branch line Railway station. Each apartment has shared use of the terrace garden, laid to lawn, immediately in front of the block with superb views across St Ives Bay.

This first floor two bedroom, two bathroom flat has a commanding view of St. Ives Bay from the lounge. Access at the rear, down three steps from road level.

Lounge with dining room, TV, DVD player and electric fire. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washer/drier, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and ensuite with shower, wc and wash basin. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft divans. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and wc.

Parking port for 1 car in a private car park opposite the entrance to the flats.

From 2018 all properties will provide towels

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From the parking area, across the road and down a steeply sloped tarmac driveway (no handrail). It is possible to pull up in the courtyard to unload but do not leave your vehicle unattended.

PROPERTY ACCESS:From the courtyard there are 3 steps down to the front door of the flat. There is a handrail on the left hand side.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS: The property is level throughout but with raised thresholds of 1/2" to 1" at bedroom and bathroom doors.

FLOORING:There is fitted carpet throughout excep in the bathroom and kitchen which have lino flooring.
