The main bedroom which overlooks Pedn Olva Walk and St Ives bay has a 5ft bed and gives access through a sash window (2ft 5in high) to a small balcony with stunning panoramic views. The second bedroom has 2 x 3ft beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. The stairs lead up to the second floor half landing with one step in to the kitchen/diner, which has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, washer/drier, TV and over looks St Andrews Street. From the half landing there is a step up to the lounge which has a TV/DVD player and a large picture window to make the most of the harbour views.

When descending these staircases headroom is restricted in places.
