On the first floor, there is a double and a twin bedroom with stunning sea views, plus a large family bathroom. With Porthmeor Beach just around the corner, 14 Virgin Street is the perfect base for families looking to explore miles of stunning coastline. If you prefer to explore other nearby towns, Marazion and Penzance are just over a 20 minutes drive.

Lounge/Dining area: Spacious living area with a range of seating for six people, Smart TV with Netflix (guests to use own account) and coffee table. Dining area with a dining table and six chairs.

Changeover Day: Short breaks available all year round.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to St. Ives Holidays with the final balance of your holiday and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
