14 Virgin Street is a full of character three bedroom cottage located in St. Ives, Cornwall. Ideally situated within easy walking distance from a great variety of local pubs, restaurants, independent shops and a bustling harbour. 14 Virgin Street features an open plan living and dining area, which leads into a well equipped kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and a double bedroom. On the first floor, there is a double and a twin bedroom with stunning sea views, plus a large family bathroom. With Porthmeor Beach just around the corner, 14 Virgin Street is the perfect base for families looking to explore miles of stunning coastline. If you prefer to explore other nearby towns, Marazion and Penzance are just over a 20 minutes drive.

This is a two storey maisonette, located above another property with access up two flights (11) stone steps.

The rear of the property has access to the communal courtyard and bins and access out to The Digey, by way of two steep flights of stone steps.

Virgin st. is a cobbled pedestrian street.

14 virgin Street is extremely well positioned in the heart of St Ives, situated on a charming cobbled lane which was decorated with cornish bunting during our visit. Within minutes you can either be on any of the towns beaches or at the shops and restaurants. A period property, you get a sense of how life in St Ives might have been. Beautiful location in a beautiful town. I hope we visit again.
