Description
Situated at the end of a terrace of granite fisherman's cottages, this ground floor apartment has been attractively furnished and well equipped and is ideally situated for the town, harbour and beaches and just a stones throw from the Island. There is also a small courtyard at the front of the apartment, the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
The stable door entrance takes you into the lounge/kitchen/diner with an original Victorian tiled floor. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge. The lounge area has a Smart TV and a gas stove (decorative only). Through a small hallway is the bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room with shower, wc and wash basin.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
