A modernised terraced cottage situated in the heart of the historic fisherman's quarter of Downalong. Close to the harbour, shops and beaches the property is arranged on three floors and has been tastefully furnished and well equipped.

Ground Floor: Kitchen/dining room with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/drier and radio. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and wc. First Floor: Lounge with Smart TV, DVD player and stove style gas fire. This room has a bed/settee to sleep a fourth person or as an alternative double. Second Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and TV. Bedroom with 3ft bed and TV.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Stair gate provided.
Shop: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Narrow road leading up to the property and there is limited room for opening car doors, large cars may struggle with corners.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Teetotal Street is a tarmac road. It is possible to unload outside the property but do not leave your car unattended.

PROPERTY ACCESS: 3 Concrete steps to stable door entrance.


STAIRS/STEPS: From ground floor, 11 steps to 1st floor, hand rail on the left. 11 Steps from 1st floor to 2nd floor with a handrail on the left and grab rail on the right at the bottom. Restricted headroom when descending stairs due to beamed ceiling.

FLOORING: Carpeted living area, stairs and bedrooms. Tiled kitchen and bathroom. Rugs in single bedroom and in lounge.

A delightful property, a lovely ambience and very practical for jumping straight into the shower after a beach day and plenty of clothes drying space. We have stayed here 4 years on the trot because it has such a lovely feel.
