Description

A modernised terraced cottage situated in the heart of the historic fisherman's quarter of Downalong. Close to the harbour, shops and beaches the property is arranged on three floors and has been tastefully furnished and well equipped.

Ground Floor: Kitchen/dining room with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/drier and radio. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and wc. First Floor: Lounge with TV, DVD player and stove style gas fire. This room has a bed/settee to sleep a fourth person or as an alternative double. Second Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and TV. Bedroom with 3ft bed and TV.

Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Stair gate provided.
Shop: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Narrow road leading up to the property and there is limited room for opening car doors, large cars may struggle with corners.

BATHROOMS: Access to bathroom via kitchen on ground floor. Shower over bath with shower curtain.

LIVING AREA: Blinds and curtains to each window. Sofa bed available in living area for 1 person and stove style fireplace.
