Sail Loft Studio has been stylishly decorated with the coast in mind and equipped with hi-spec comforts to make this property the perfect escape for a group of six.

Step inside through the original bright blue door of Ponckle’s Place, this beautiful one level apartment has only the one step into so you can move around this light and airy space at ease. Spend some quality time with friends or family in the open plan kitchen, dining and living area where you can relax and unwind on the range of quality comfy seating complete with the modern comforts of a Samsung Smart TV, DVD player, DAB radio with Bluetooth. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric hob, electric double oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, DeLonghi coffee machine, wine cooler and washer/dryer in utility cupboard.

On the same level is the Master bedroom with kingsize (5’) bed, built-in wardrobe, sofa and ensuite shower room with luxury double-head shower, basin, WC and a heated towel rail. The second kingsize bedroom (5’) can be unzipped to form 2 x 2’6” single beds (please request this at the time of booking to avoid any disappointment) and comes complete with a built-in wardrobe and mood lighting. The third bedroom comes complete with twin beds (2’6”) which once again can be zipped together to form a king size (5’) bed (please request this at the time of booking to avoid any disappointment), built-in wardrobe and mood lighting. A deluxe bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in luxury shower, WC and basin is the perfect place to wash off your sandy feet after a day on the beach.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: 1 dog allowed - £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in the rent.
Bed and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.25 ml.

Notes: No smoking. WiFi provided. No outside space or parking however the harbour and beaches are just moments away. Nearest public parking is the Island Car Park. It is possible to unload outside the property for a short period.
