Dating back to the middle of the 19th century, this former fisherman's cottage is located in the heart of Downalong being close to the beaches, harbour and shops makes it the perfect family retreat. Retaining lots of its original charm it is comfortably furnished and set over four floors.

Entrance up four steps to Ground Floor: Kitchen with open beam ceiling, natural wood stained floor, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble drier. Dining room with natural wood stained floor and TV. Trap door with stairs (may not be suitable for young children or those with restricted movement) leading down to Bedroom with 4ft 6in divan, TV, wash basin and ensuite shower, heated towel rail and wc. (Emergency exit door). First Floor: Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Bathroom with shower over bath, heated towel rail and wc. Steep staircase leading to Second Floor: Lounge with a roof top view of the harbour from the velux window, double bed settee, lounge chairs, chest of drawers (no wardrobe), TV and DVD player/CD player.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent; convector heating.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels and provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Shop: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

STAIRS/STEPS:  there are three sets of stairs in 36 Pier View, one goes down to the double bedroom this is an open stair case with rope handrails and is 10 steps down. The next set go from the kitchen to the bedroom/bathroom and this again is 11 steps with handrail to the left, the third set is up to the lounge on the top floor, these are 11 very steep stairs with handrail
