Porthmeor Court is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It is situated in the heart of Downalong and is only 20 yards from Porthmeor Beach and a few minutes walk from the Harbour area or Porthgwidden Beach.

Ground floor: Kitchen/Diner with washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, TV and Sound Bar Bluetooth Speaker. *Door to cloakroom with wash basin and wc. Stairs to first floor Lounge with TV, DVD player and freeview recorder. Stairs to second floor, Bedroom with 5ft bed, Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bunk beds and a 3ft single bed. Bathroom with wc, wash basin, bath with shower over and heated towel rail.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent. Central heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels and provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car in shared parking port for 2 cars to the rear of the property (approx 14ft x 7ft 1in).
