Description

Located in a quaint, traffic free, cobbled street, this charming three storey former fisherman's cottage is well equipped and comfortable and retains much of it's original character. The shops, harbour and beaches are a stroll away.

Entrance up steps at front of property into Lounge with small double sofa bed, Smart TV and mini HiFi system with bluetooth. Narrow, steep stairs down to kitchen (may not be suitable for young children or those with restricted movement) with gas cooker and hob, fridge, microwave and washer/drier. Stable door opening onto pedestrian street. Stairs up from Lounge to bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and TV and DVD player. Shower room with wc, wash basin, heated towel rail and shower cubicle with electric shower.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

PROPERTY NAME: Pokey Hole, 7 Virgin Street

PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION: Granite

PARKING: No allocated parking. The nearest public car park is Barnoon Car Park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: The nearest point for loading/unloading is from Barnoon Car Park. As an alternative this could be done from the bottom of the Digey, however, The digey is very narrow and not suitable for medium or larger cars.

PROPERTY ACCESS: Pathway off the Digey with a slight incline up to entrance, 7 granite steps with a handrail on the left lead up to the front door. From Barnoon car park, walk along Barnawoon (turning right out of the car park) and down a number of granite steps to the property entrance.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS: From the lounge there are 9 narrow stairs leading down to the kitchen, also from the lounge a staircase with 9 stairs to an angled stair the a further 2 stairs to the first floor landing.

FLOORING: Wood flooring  with large rug in the lounge and a rug in the bedroom, a small mat on the landing. There is vinyl covering the bathroom floor.

BEDROOMS: Good access around bed.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: Synthetic

BATHROOMS: Curved shower cubicle ( requires 1 step into) with movable screen. 

LIVING AREA: Open fire place in lounge - not in use.
