Compact, well fitted, kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, washer/drier and dishwasher. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and 3ft bunk beds, en-suite shower room with shower, wc and wash basin. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, shower room with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, wc and wash basin. Second Floor: Sun room with day bed suitable for a teenager leading to roof terrace with spectacular views of Porthmeor beach, the harbour and beyond.

10 Porthmeor Square House can be let in conjunction with 10 Porthmeor Square Apartment to provide accommodation for 11 people.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided, please bring own cot linen.

Access Statement

PROPERTY NAME: 10 Porthmeor Square House


PARKING: No allocated parking. The nearest car parks are The Island car park or Barnoon.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Loading/unloading can be done from Porthmeor Square outside the property with steps up to entrance.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There are 6 steps from street level to the front door. There is a wall both sides but no hand rail.


STAIRS/STEPS: The staircase from ground floor to first floor is angled with 12 steps and a handrail on the right. There is a further 13 steps up to the sun room. The staircase is also angled. There is a small threshold step leading out on to the roof terrace.

FLOORING: The property is mainly carpeted with a rug in the living room. There is vinyl flooring in the kitchen and main bathroom. The ensuite and sun room is tile effect and the second staircase are wooden tred.

BEDROOMS: There is good access around the beds. A fixed ladder is provided for the bunk beds.


BATHROOMS: Shower cubicle in main bathroom with sliding door. Shower cubicle in ensuite with a door that opens out.

LIVING AREA: Decorative fireplace in the living area.
