PARKING: No allocated parking. The nearest public car park is the Island Car Park or Barnoon Car Park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Drop off is available outside the property however it may be easier to pull up either at the Sloop or Norway Square and take a short walk to the property.

PROPERTY ACCESS: 9 Steps up to communal door to flats 4 and 5. Steps are enclosed by a wall that serves as a handrail.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS: There are no internal stairs.

FLOORING: Tile flooring in the bathroom and wooden flooring in all other rooms.

BEDROOMS: Restricted access around one side of the master bed. Access to one side of each single bed only.
