Situated over looking the pretty Norway Square in a traffic free location this compact and bijou ground floor apartment is well furnished and makes the perfect base to explore the town and beaches

From Norway square you enter into the lounge which has a TV, DVD player and CD player, double sofa bed and a handy foldaway table and stools. The well equipped galley style kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave. In the bedroom there is a 4ft 6in bed and a heated towel rail and the en-suite shower room is fitted with a shower, wc and wash basin.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 small, £20 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: To load or unload you can pull in the back road near Norway Square just a minute or so from the property. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended. This is a tarmac road. Please note there is no parking permitted in Norway Square.
