Description

A newly refurbished, well equipped, comfortable fisherman's cottage in the Downalong area of St Ives. It blends the traditional features of the original stone wall and ship's timber lintels. The cottage is ideally situated within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, harbour, beaches and Tate Gallery and has been tastefully decorated throughout. The soft furnishings compliment the layout and style of a traditional Cornish cottage.

Ground Floor: Open the front door to a light and airy open-plan lounge and stairs to the first floor. The lounge has a TV and DVD player and a window seat where you can sit and relax. The lounge leads through to a kitchen/diner. The kitchen is well equipped with a  fan-assisted oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, washer/drier and dishwasher. There is a stable door out to the rear of the property. First Floor: Double bedroom with king size bed. Bedroom with 3ft bunk beds and TV with DVD player. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and wc. Attic: Staircase leading to an open plan bedroom with king size bed, TV with DVD player and separate en-suite with shower, hand basin and wc.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent; central heating.
Bed and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.
