This former fisherman's cottage has been tastefully modernised and furnished and is ideally located just a few minutes walk from the family beach of Porthgwidden and popular surfing beach of Porthmeor. ACCESS TO PROPERTY: The nearest drop off point is outside the front door, in Island Road which is a tarmac road. Do not leave vehicle unattended. Alternatively you can park up in the Island Car Park, just a few steps from the proeprty and un-load from here.

PROPERTY ACCESS: The access is level from drop off point. 1 Threshold step into the property.


STAIRS/STEPS: There are just 4 steps within the property leading to the lounge from the kitchen.

FLOORING: There is lino flooring in the kitchen/dining area and on the 4 steps. Carpet in all other rooms.

BEDROOMS: There is a fixed ladder on the bunk beds. Unrestricted access around main bed.
