Located on Fish Street in the popular Downalong area this comfortable, compact fishermans cottage is just a few yards from the town and beaches and a short walk to the famous Sloop Inn where you could enjoy an evening tipple.

There are 16 steps from Fish street to the entrance of the cottage. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is equipped with TV, DVD player, radio, CD player, electric cooker, microwave and a larder fridge. The lounge area also benefits from an electric coal effect fire to enjoy the chilly winter evenings and a pretty window seat overlooking Fish street. Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds and in the shower room is a shower, wc and wash basin. There is also a small shared balcony by the front door to sit and relax on.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

PROPERTY NAME:  10 Fish Street


PARKING: No allocated parking. The nearest long stay is the Island Car Park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Turn left at the Sloop Inn on to Fish Street, a Tarmac Road. Drop off available outside the property. Do not leave your car unattended.

PROPERTY ACCESS: 3 steps up and then another ten steps to the front door with a handrail on the left.



DESCRIPTION OF INTERNAL STAIRS: Angled staircase - 11 steps with a hand rail on each side.

FLOORING: Carpet in the living room, stairs and bedroom, lino in kitchen and bathroom. 2 Rugs around the sofa and 1 at the bottom of the stairs. 1 Rug in between beds

BEDROOMS: Access to one side of each bed only.


BATHROOMS: Curved shower cubicle with sliding doors

LIVING AREA: Curtains to window and a flame effect heater.
