A modernised granite fisherman's cottage in Downalong with a garage for a medium sized car and a further parking space and small courtyard to the rear of the property. The shops, harbour, Tate Gallery and beaches are within easy reach.

Ground Floor: Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier and fridge. Separate wc. Dining room. Lounge with TV, DVD player and radio/CD player. Open staircase (may not be suitable for young children) leading to First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, wash basin and sea views. Bedroom with 3ft pine bunks. Bathroom with shower over bath. Steep stairs to Second Floor: Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds + extra bed (to offer alternate sleeping only) and sea views.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog, £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

PROPERTY NAME: Osceola, 7 Carncrows Street


PARKING: Garage and Parking space at the rear of the property.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Front access is from a tarmac road with 4 steps from the front footpath into the property entrance.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There is a parking space at the rear of the property which is concrete and there is 1 step into the property from this entrance.


STAIRS/STEPS: There are 11 open plan stairs from lounge area leading upto the first floor with a hand rail on the left. (These may not be suitable for young children). There are a further 10 steep and narrow stairs leading from the first floor to the attic bedroom. There is a small step dividing the dining room and the hall at the rear of the property.

FLOORING: The edging strip between the lounge and dining room is slightly raised, there are edging strips to all rooms upstairs but these seem to be level.

All bedrooms plus the lounge and dining room are carpeted. The kitchen, rear porch and bathroom have tiles and vinyl surfaces.

BEDROOMS: Bunk beds have a fitted ladder but access is from one side only, all other beds have good access on all sides.


BATHROOMS: The shower is located over the bath and a shower curtain is provided. There are grab hand rails fitted half way along the bath. WC on ground floor.

LIVING AREA: Fireplace is for decorative purposes only.

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: Small enclosed private courtyard with stone seat at rear.  3 Seater bench at the front of the property.

CHILD EQUIPMENT: Board games ad jigsaws available
