A traditional grade II listed fisherman's cottage in the Downalong area of St Ives which has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard. Conveniently situated between the harbour and Porthmeor Beach it is within easy reach of the shops, art galleries and restaurants.

5 steps from street to stable door entrance. Ground Floor: Lounge with electric fire, TV, DVD player and Bose ipod dock. Kitchen/breakfast room with electric oven and electric hob, washer/drier, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Shower room including wash basin and wc. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and wash basin. Bedroom with 3ft bed.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival  3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

PARKING: Parking for one car in Station Car Park

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Tarmac road outside where loading and un-loading may be possible. Do not leave your vehicle unattended.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There are 7 granite steps leading up to the front door from the road/pavement. A hand rail is provided on the right hand side

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS: There are 10 stairs that are open on right hand side leading from the lounge to the first floor with bannister on the left hand side.

FLOORING: There are edging strips to all rooms, the lounge bedrooms, stair and landing are all carpeted while the kitchen and bathroom have tile flooring. There is a rug in the lounge.

BEDROOMS: There is good acess around the double bed but access to the single bed is limited to one side only.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: Synthetic

BATHROOMS: Shower cubicle with shower curtain accessed via the kitchen

I love St Ives for its charm alone but is well central for outings by local transport. I managed to visit Looe, Polperro, Penzance, Mousehole, Marazion, Lands End all in a week. Some lovely eateries in St Ives just walk around and explore. Seafood cannot be beaten. The beaches are first class. Cannot wait to visit again.

This property included a car parking space. Although a few minutes walk away, such a facility is absolutely vital in St Ives.
