Located in the popular Downalong area within minutes walk of the harbour, town and beaches, Penny's Place makes an ideal base for a family holiday. The open plan kitchen and dining area leads out to an enclosed patio to the rear - a rare find in Downalong that makes this property a great place for entertaining.
There are 5 steps up to the front entrance with a further 12 steps down to the hallway. Off the hallway are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (4'6") and one with two singles (3'). The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. At the end of the hallway is the lounge/ kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, microwave and breakfast bar for dining. The lounge area has a TV and DVD player and doors to the courtyard with patio table and chairs. There is a useful storage area for beach equipment a short walk from the cottage.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair available.
Shop: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.
NOTES: No smoking, WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

There is a handrail to the left when descending the first 7 steps.
