This cottage is situated in a traffic free cobbled lane in the old part of St Ives. The harbour and shops are approximately 50 yards away and all of the beaches can be reached within a few minutes walk.
Ground Floor: Kitchen/Dining room with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Bathroom with shower over bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Steep staircase (may not be suitable for young children or the elderly) leading to the lounge. First Floor: Lounge with wooden floorboards, TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi. Steep staircase (may not be suitable for young children or the elderly) leading to Second Floor: Bedroom with 5ft bed. Bedroom with 2ft 6ins bunk beds and hand basin. Bedroom with 2ft 6ins single bed and hand basin. (Please note the 2ft 6ins beds are suitable for children only).
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Stair gate.
Pets: Pets welcome for 2020 bookings- must be restricted to the kitchen and dining room.
