Description

This cosy, modernised ground floor apartment is situated in a traffic free cobbled lane in the popular downalong area of the town and is less than a minutes walk from the beautiful beaches, harbour and shops.

From the stable door off Baileys Lane you enter into the comfortable, well equipped open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The kitchen area is fitted with and electric cooker and hob, larder fridge, washer drier and dishwasher. In the lounge is a TV and DVD player and a double sofa bed. The bedroom just off the lounge has a 4ft 6in bed (Please note there are no external windows in the bedroom). There is a wet room with a shower and a separate wc with basin.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.
