Located in the popular, quieter part of St Ives, overlooking the sea, The Island and Porthmeor Beach. This attractive, compact apartment is a comfortable and well equipped base for a couple to explore the nearby town, beautiful beaches and coastal walks that the town has to offer.
There are 13 steps from the communal hallway to the apartment door. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a TV/DVD player, electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave and boasts great views of the sea and the Island. The bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed and also has a Tv/DVD player. The shower room has a shower, wc, wash basin and a heated towel rail.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heating: Heating and electricity included in the rent. Electric heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided, please bring your own.
Beach: 0.5 ml. Cafe: 0.5 ml.
