While away your time gazing out the large picture frame windows overlooking the sea, we can assure you the view will not disappoint.

St Ives is a popular harbour town located in West Cornwall and is well renowned for its art scene. Many galleries line the quaint cobbled streets, which are only a short walk away from the property. As well as these you are sure to find an abundance of shops, restaurants and pubs to keep you entertained during your stay.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with double bed (4’6”) and single bed (3’), bedside table, wardrobe, basin, sea views.
Bathroom 2: Electric shower, basin, wc.

GARDEN AND PARKING
Patio area to the front of the property with outdoor shower and access to garage. Tiered garden (not enclosed) to the rear, small patio table and chairs with sea views. Please note there are steep steps to the lower level which may not be suitable for very young or the elderly. Parking for one car in front of the garage (please note that manoeuvrability may be difficult due to turning space to drive). Drive width is 2.3 metres.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure - 10:00am.
Pet Friendly: Maximum 2 pet; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Gas central heating & electricity included in rent.
