PARKING: There are two allocated parking spaces at the entrance to the property

ACCESS TO PROPERTY:  There is a parking space attached to the property which can be used for loading/unloading.

PROPERTY ACCESS: 5 steps down from parking area/gravelled area to front door access.


STAIRS/STEPS: The property is on the level, only I small step down to the kitchen.

FLOORING: Kitchen has laminate flooring. Bathroom has ceramic tiles and then carpet throughout

BEDROOMS: Un-restricted access around the bed in the main bedroom. Access to the middle of the twin beds only.


BATHROOMS: There is a shower over the bath which has a moveable shower screen

LIVING AREA: There are curtains to the windows in the lounge

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: The property has a private rear garden, concrete patio area with bench and lawned area.  There is a slightly raised stone edge to lawn and patio areas on the pathway side


PETS: Not Accepted. Please enquire on booking regarding assistance dogs
