Description

The Garden Flat is situated on the edge of an area of natural beauty, in an elevated position in a narrow, rural, peaceful lane. There are sea views, a pretty enclosed, private garden area with a gate and easy access to the stunning coastal walks. A bottle of champagne awaits guests on arrival compliments of the owners.

The main entrance to the flat is accessed via a path leading to the garden which has 6 steps. You enter into the Kitchen/Dining Area which is equipped with an Electric Oven and Hob, Fridge and Slimline Dishwasher. Stairs lead to the Lounge which has a TV/DVD Player and overlooks the pretty garden and has sea views across the bay to Godrevy and beyond. Off the hallway on the same floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there are 2 x 3ft beds and the other has a 5ft bed and DAB radio. In the bathroom is a bath with shower over, wash basin and wc. The guest's enclosed garden area has seating for you to enjoy a Summers evening (please note there are some steps and young children should be supervised at all times).

The Garden Flat may be booked with Highfield, sleeping 6 people in total, subject to availability.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: 1 dog accepted, second dog by arrangement with owner, £20 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None available.
Beach: 0.5 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Narrow, leafy lane to gated tarmac driveway

PROPERTY ACCESS: Through gate to right hand side of property, follow the wide flagged pathway past the first door carry on down 9 wide steps to the garden, follow the path to the left then down 2 more steps to the kitchen entrance door. Automatic lights allow safe access to the Garden Flat.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS:  From the kitchen there are 6 Stairs with handrail on the left hand side to turning stair with 5 further stairs upto the lounge area. From the lounge there is a step down to the landing leading to the bathroom and bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a fire door leading out to the path with 1 step down.

FLOORING: Carpet in living areas and bedrooms. Lino in kitchen and bathroom

BEDROOMS: Un-restricted access around all beds

Loved the garden which was prettily landscaped and the location was wonderful - so peaceful and near to footpath. It was ideal for our dog as it had the fenced off area. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Sitting room had a lovely view and the sofas were very comfy.
