The Garden Flat is situated on the edge of an area of natural beauty, in an elevated position in a narrow, rural, peaceful lane. There are sea views, a pretty enclosed, private garden area with a gate and easy access to the stunning coastal walks. A bottle of champagne awaits guests on arrival compliments of the owners.
The main entrance to the flat is accessed via a path leading to the garden which has 6 steps. You enter into the Kitchen/Dining Area which is equipped with an Electric Oven and Hob, Fridge and Slimline Dishwasher. Stairs lead to the Lounge which has a TV/DVD Player and overlooks the pretty garden and has sea views across the bay to Godrevy and beyond. Off the hallway on the same floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there are 2 x 3ft beds and the other has a king size (5ft) bed and DAB radio. In the bathroom is a bath with shower over, wash basin and wc. The guest's enclosed garden area has seating for you to enjoy a Summers evening (please note there are some steps and young children should be supervised at all times).
The Garden Flat may be booked with Highfield, sleeping 6 people in total, subject to availability.
Pets Welcome: 1 dog accepted, second dog by arrangement with owner, £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None available.

Very clean, well positioned property with a pet friendly garden. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to avoid the crowds but still appreciate the beauty of St Ives. Off street parking was a bonus!
Nice location, quite hilly, lovely coastal walks.
Quiet holiday flat with a lovely garden and some sea view. Well equipped and spacious. Some lovely extra touches throughout. The lane in is very narrow but parking is good.
