Highfield Flat is situated in a quiet, narrow, leafy lane in an elevated position with panoramic sea views and at the edge of an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are views across Porthmeor Beach from the balcony yet only 10 minutes walk down to the town and beaches. There is easy access to the coastal path and walk to Zennor. A bottle of champagne awaits guests on arrival compliments of the owners.
There is a private entrance and outside storage area for surf boards etc leading to the front door which opens onto a small entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor apartment.The sea facing Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Area is equipped with TV/DVD Player, Electric cooker, Fridge, Microwave and radio. There are glass doors to a private balcony furnished for alfresco dining giving panoramic views around St Ives Bay. The bedroom has a King Size bed, DAB clock radio and rural views. The shower room has a shower cubicle, wc and wash basin.
Highfield may be booked with The Garden Flat, sleeping 6 people in total, subject to availability.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None available (not suitable for infants).
Beach: 0.5 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml.

The property was spotlessly clean, so important in these COVID times. The owners had gone above and beyond by purchasing extra duvets and pillows so they can be changed between occupants. The flat was perfect for our needs with a stunning view from the balcony. It was just a shame that the weather didn’t allow us to sit outside much!
