This two storey apartment has been finished and equipped to a high standard. The property has sea views from the Lounge and attic windows.

Entrance into hallway, stairs to flat:- Bedroom with 3ft bunk beds. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Up 3 steps to washer/drier and freezer housed in hall. Bedroom with 2x3ft beds and sea views. Kitchen/Living/Dining area with gas double oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. TV with DVD player and views over St Ives to the sea and Hayle Towans. Door to narrow, steep staircase (may not be suitable for young children or the infirm, stair gates provided) to attic bedroom with 5ft bed, ensuite shower room with cubicle, wash basin and wc.

PROPERTY NAME: Flat 2, 2 Belmont Terrace


PARKING: In line parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From the parking space its a few yards around to the front of the property. This is all tarmac.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There is one small step through the front gate and a small threshold step through the front door.


STAIRS/STEPS: From the hallway there is 11 steps with a handrail on the left up to the landing then a further 4 steps to left leading to the living/kitchen/dining area. Access for the attic bedroom is up a steep, narrow staircase with 13 steps, the bottom 4 are angled to the right and there is a handrail on the left handside.

FLOORING: There is lino in the hallway and bathrooms. Wood flooring in the lounge/kitchen/dining area and the rest of the property is carpetted.

BEDROOMS: There is unrestricted access around the bed in the attic room with slanted ceilings either side. There is a fixed ladder on the bunk beds
