This apartment is situated in an elevated position overlooking Porthmeor Bay with sea views from all rooms including the bathroom. The apartment which is a 5 minute walk down to Porthmeor Beach is on the first level adjacent to Ayr Playing Field. The property also benefits from having a south facing sun terrace with sea views and patio furniture.

Entrance from car park up 23 steps at side of property into hallway then into Kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine and far reaching views across the bay to Hayle Towans and Godrevy. Lounge/Diner has TV/DVD player/Freeview, portable heater and the same view as the Kitchen. Doors to balcony with patio furniture and view across the bay to Hayle Towans. Stairs to Bedroom with 5ft bed, portable heater and the same view as the Kitchen. Bedroom with 3ft bed and 3ft bunk beds, portable heater and the same view as the balcony. This is such a fantastic apartment. The views from every window are truest stunning. Waking up to sea views is amazing!!! If you have children then there is a gorgeous little park right outside which our 3 children loved! The apartment is so beautiful done you to a really nice standard and it’s incredibly well equipped. We loved it and would return!
