This cottage is both charming and welcoming and offers pet friendly accommodation with sea views in the heart of Carbis Bay. With a pretty garden and private parking, it really does have everything that you could wish for and all within easy walking distance to shops, pubs and of course the beach. St Ives harbour is a leisurely 30 minute walk down the hill, providing spectacular views of the bay as you descend. For those who prefer the quicker option there is a regular bus service to and from the town, with the bus stop being only 2 minutes from the doorstep. 

The living Room has a sofa, dining table and chairs, Freeview TV and feature fireplace (not in use) and the kitchen offers a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine. Bedroom one has a double bed (4’ 6”), bedside table and a built-in wardrobe and bedroom two has twin beds (3’), bedside table and a chest of drawers.  the shower room boasts a thermostatic shower, basin and w.c.

To the rear of the cottage there is a pretty, enclosed lawned garden with a patio area for entertaining in the summer months. There is a private parking space for one medium size car, with additional free on street parking nearby.

Located on the outskirts of St Ives, Carbis Bay is a one of Cornwall's five award-winning Blue Flag beaches. Carbis Bay is a large sandy beach with is excellent for bathers or small children, as the waters generally always remain calm with watersports such as kayaking and stand up paddleboarding on offer. Dogs are welcome in winter, or in the early mornings during the main season.

Carbis Bay is just a short train ride to the centre of picturesque St Ives or you can take a leisurely stroll along the coastal path to St Ives, Lelant or the nearby town of Hayle. Bird watchers can walk along the east side of the beach at low tide where you'll find Porth Kidney and the RSPB bird sanctuary, an important home for sea birds.
