A modernised apartment which has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with magnificent views across Carbis Bay Beach to Hayle, Godrevy and beyond. Access to Beach and Coast Path via steps at the end of the road.

Access down 19 steps from parking area to the entrance hallway: Self contained bedroom to right with 2 x 3ft beds and ensuite bathroom with shower over P shaped bath, wash basin, wc, heated towel rail. Bedroom with 5ft bed and spectacular views across the Bay. Bedroom with 4ft bed. Shower room with cubicle, wash basin, wc, heated towel rail. Kitchen/Lounge/Diner with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, DAB radio. Smart TV and electric fire and open staircase (may not be suitable for young children) to mezzanine bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and views across the bay. Access to large patio area with panoramic views across Carbis Bay beach to Hayle, Godrevy and beyond.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen & towels provided, please bring own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Stairgate & highchair provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.4 ml.

Access Statement

PROPERTY NAME: 4 Moonrakers.


PARKING: Tarmac space in front of garage just off the road on the right hand side. Concrete Steps from carpark leading down to flagged courtyard and access to the property.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Loading/unloading can be done from the parking area only. Steps to access the property from this area as described below.

PROPERTY ACCESS: From the tarmaced parking area there is 1 step up to concrete steps then 1 step down, there is no hand rail at this point. there is a turn on the path and 4 steps down with a wall on the right hand side, another turn and a further 14 steps down with a hand rail on right hand side leading doen to the flagged court yard with the front door on the right. 1 step into the property.


STAIRS/STEPS: There is one set of 12 internal stairs leading up to the one first floor bedroom, the stairs are wooden and open. There is a handrail on the right hand side. There is 1 step down from the lounge to the outside patio area. There is 1 step required to gain acess into the shower cubicle.

FLOORING: The majoritty of the floors are carpeted with the exception of the wooden stairs, the kitchen, porch and bathroom that are all tiled. There are metal/wooden edging strips on the entrance to all rooms with the bathroom one being particualary risen.

BEDROOMS: The access to the single beds is from one side only but good to all other beds.


BATHROOMS: The shower cubicle has sliding doors. The ensuite has bath with a shower over and a movable shower screen.

LIVING AREA: Blinds in the first floor bedroom, curtains to the windows in the rest of the property.

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: There is a Large patio area accessed via the lounge with a wooden table/bench and additional plastic table and chairs.


PETS: Not Accepted
