This detached bungalow is situated in a pleasant Close approximately 600 yards from Carbis Bay Beach and nearby shops. The accommodation is well maintained and comfortably furnished with a pretty secluded garden with furniture.

Lounge with TV and gas fire. Kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge. Bedroom with 4ft 6in and 2ft 6in divan. Bedroom with 2 x 2ft 6in divans. Bathroom in white including wc and shower over the bath.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided. 
Beach: 0.4 ml. Pub: 0.6 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car on the private driveway. Additional parking on the front of the property.

PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION: Brick detached bungalow.

PARKING: Parking available outside the property on driveway outside the garage.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Tarmac road to the front of the property. Drop off from the driveway to the front of the bungalow.

PROPERTY ACCESS: 5 Concrete steps up from the driveway to the front porch.


STAIRS/STEPS: 3 Tiled stairs from porch lead onto the interior hall/landing. Otherwise level throughout.

FLOORING: Carpets are fitted in the bedrooms and lounge. The bathroom and porch areas are tiled. There is a wooden floor in the kitchen/dining area.

BEDROOMS: There is good access around both sides of the double bed in the master bedroom but the single bed in this room has good access from one side only as the other side is next to a wall. Both beds in the twin room can be accessed from one side only and the access is shared in the middle of the two beds.


BATHROOMS: Shower type: Over bath. Grab rail fixed from floor to shower door. Fixed shower screen.

LIVING AREA: Gas fire with open grill (no fire guard other than attached to fire).

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: There is a private lawned area at the rear of the property with the main access via the door leading off the porch and down 3 steps to door leading out to the garden then 3 small concrete steps up to the lawned area with table and chairs.
