A modern apartment furnished and equipped to a very high standard with magnificent views across Carbis Bay Beach to Hayle, Godrevy and beyond. Access to Beach and Coast Path via steps at the end of the road.

PROPERTY ACCESS: Tarmac drive with 19 steps leading up to front entrance. Handrail on the right.


STAIRS/STEPS: There are no internal steps inside the property

FLOORING: Wooden flooring in lounge, kitchen and hallway. There is a small rug in front of the sofa. Tiled floor in bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms.

BEDROOMS: Access from one side of beds in the twin room.


BATHROOMS: Shower over bath in main bathroom with moveable glass screen. Shower cubicle in ensuite with sliding glass door


GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREA: Patio doors in living room lead out onto a decked balcony and patio doors in double bedroom lead out to a paved balcony area.
