The ground-floor apartment is reached via a shared walkway. Inside, discover a warm and inviting property, decorated in calm, neutral tones. The open-pan layout encourages you to spend quality time together, cooking up a storm in the stylish kitchen, sharing memorable mealtimes around the wooden dining table, or watching a classic film on the TV. When day turns to night, choose from an inviting double bedroom or a cosy bunk bedroom. A family bathroom completes the accommodation. There is no outside space with this property, but with the sandy shores of Carbis Bay just 0.5 miles away, you’ll find plenty of space to stretch your legs and soak up the fresh, sea air.

Carbis Bay is a privately-owned, sheltered beach with fine, white sand and turquoise waters. Enjoy lazy days sunbathing and splashing in the water, or perhaps try one of the many activities on offer at the water sports centre. Just 1 mile away is the bustling town of St Ives, where you’ll find picturesque cobbled streets, cute fishermen’s cottages, and an excellent range of independent shops and eateries. The town is also home to some of Cornwall’s most celebrated beaches. For keen walkers, join the South West Coast Path, where you’ll find spectacular sea views and ample wildlife watching opportunities.

4pm check in & 9am check out was very unhelpful! Having to collect keys and drop off from town center was time consuming and showed lack of customer service.

We had a lovely stay the accommodation had everything you could possibly need. Having its own parking was brilliant and every day we walked into St Ives 4 mile round trip but enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely stay again so that says it all. Very convenient, clean and functional flat. Thoughtful labelling on switches and well equipped. Easy to find and easy to park. Great value for money.
