Tregarthen is situated in a central, quiet part of town and has fantastic panoramic views of the harbour, town, beaches and beyond. Located within a private secluded walled garden it makes a great place for families to stay throughout the year and has the benefit of garage parking.

From the gate off Barnoon Hill you follow a path round to the 8 steps leading up to the front door. Off the hallway is the well fitted kitchen with Gas hob, fridge/freezer, double electric oven and dishwasher. Large patio doors lead out onto a balcony with far reaching views. The lounge has double aspect views and access to the balcony, there is a TV and DVD player. Also on this floor is a cloakroom with wc and wash basin. Downstairs are two double en-suite bedrooms both with 2 x 3ft zip and link beds, TVs, baths with showers over, wc and wash basins. The twin room has 2 x 3ft beds. Shower room with large cubicle, wc and wash basin and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. 8 Steps to the front door with handrails. Garage parking for 1 car located just outside the property grounds at the top of Barnoon Hill (7ft 6in by 16ft and 6ft high).

ACCESS TO PROPERTY:  Cobble/Tarmac mix road. 10 steps down from parking area with hand rail on the right to front gate.

PROPERTY ACCESS: 1 Step up from pavement to entrance gate. Short pathway and 8 steps up in to property with rail on the left. Entrance to 1st floor.
