Open plan Lounge/Diner with TV, DVD player, CD player. Kitchen area with electric cooker and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/drier. Master Bedroom with 5ft bed with radio and iPod dock, ensuite shower room with power shower, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Door to outside decked area with patio furniture. Second Bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, TV and fitted wardrobe with roof window (with opener). Bathroom: spacious with Villeroy and Bosch fittings. Power shower above bath and heated towel rail. Enclosed small front terrace area benefiting from evening sun.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided, please bring own cot linen.
