Whitecaps is a newly built, well presented detached bungalow offering very comfortable accommodation in a quieter, elevated area of town. The property benefits from a private patio area and a parking space nearby, a perfect retreat to enjoy all that St Ives offers.

The entrance hallway has a handy storage cupboard and leads through to a spacious Kitchen/Lounge/Dining Area. The well equipped kitchen has an Electric Hob and oven, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and Microwave with a view across to Godrevy Lighthouse. The comfortable lounge has a TV and DVD player. In the bedroom is a 4ft 6in bed, built in wardrobes and hairdryer. The Shower Room is fitted with a Shower Cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Outside is a convenient Utility Room which has a Washing Machine and ample room for drying your wetsuits and storing bikes, surf boards etc. The private patio area has furniture for relaxing.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Tarmac road. Drop off is possible outside the property but cars are not to be left unattended.

1 Step up to gated courtyard area. From courtyard there is 1 step up and a lip into utility room. From courtyard a further 4 steps up to property entrance with a lip in the door. No handrails but a ledge is available to the right.
