The well equipped kitchen has an Electric Hob and oven, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and Microwave with a view across to Godrevy Lighthouse. The comfortable lounge has a TV and DVD player. In the bedroom is a 4ft 6in bed, built in wardrobes and hairdryer. The Shower Room is fitted with a Shower Cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Outside is a convenient Utility Room which has a Washing Machine and ample room for drying your wetsuits and storing bikes, surf boards etc. The private patio area has furniture for relaxing.
