This terraced house is situated at the top of Barnoon Hill overlooking the town and bay and approximately 5 minutes walk to the shops, harbour and the St. Ives Tate. The accommodation is attractively furnished. Small front garden with furniture.

Ground Floor: Small back yard with outhouse containing washing machine and tumble drier. Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Shower room including wash basin, wc, bidet and wall heater. Sitting/Dining room with TV, DVD player and CD player. First Floor: small Bedroom with 3ft divan. Bathroom with mains shower over the bath, wall heater. Separate wc. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft divans. Front Bedroom with views and 2 x 3ft zip linked beds (creates 6ft double bed). Steep stairs (may not be suitable for young children or those with restricted movement) to Second/Attic Floor: Sitting room with TV and views over the bay.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heating: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Stairgate provided.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Shop: 0.3 ml.

PROPERTY NAME: 8 Bowling Green

PARKING: Allocated parking space located at Channel View, approximatly 5 minutes walk from the property.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Tarmac

PROPERTY ACCESS: Access is from the road at the rear of the property through gate, down 11 steps with handrails on both sides to courtyard then 1 step into the property via the kitchen.

From the inside the property from the front door there are 2 steps down leading to the front garden the another step at the end of the garden to the gate which leads to the public footpath.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS: From the kitchen there is 1 small step into the main hallway which leads off to the lounge/dining area and then a stairwell, a handrail is fitted on the left hand side, there are 10 steps up to a half landing. A further 3 stairs (no hand rail provided here) lead straight ahead to the landing leading to the single bedroom, upstairs cloak room and bathroom.
From the half landing there is a further set of 5 stairs leading off to the left taking you to a landing from which 2 further bedroom and the attic stairs are accessed. There are 12 stairs up to the attic with a hand rail on the right hand side. There is limited headroom in the attic particularly at the top of the stairs

FLOORING:
The kitchen, bathroom and downstairs shower room floors are tiled. The hall and dining room have wooden flooring. The lounge, stairs, and bedrooms are all carpeted. There are edging strips separating the hall, dining room, lounge areas plus at the door mat at the front door.

BEDROOMS: Single bed against wall. Access to twins and double unrestricted

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: Synthetic

BATHROOMS: Shower type: Over bath with moveable shower screens. Also separate shower room downstairs with small step into cubicle.

LIVING AREA: Open flamed gas fire in lounge. Curtains to the windows.

We have stayed in the same property for a number of years because of its excellent position. It also has the added bonus of an extra sitting room in the loft from which you can see the sea and the harbour.
