In an elevated position overlooking the harbour and town Barnoon Terrace is in a great location to enjoy views reaching as far as Godrevy Lighthouse. On the first floor, Flat 5 boasts panoramic views from both the Lounge and main bedroom and benefits from a communal seating area at the front of the property so you can sit and watch the world go by.

Outside are 11 steps up to the entrance which takes you into the communal hallway and the further 15 steps to the first floor flat. On entering the apartment the first thing you see is the fabulous views and a comfortable window seat on which to enjoy them. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is equipped with a Smart TV/DVD player, an electric cooker, fridge and microwave. There are two bedrooms, the main one off the living area of the apartment has a 4ft 6in bed and the same great views as the lounge. The second bedroom off a small hallway by the kitchen area has 2 x 2ft 6in bunk beds. Also off the hallway and down 3 steps is the shower room with shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.

Access Statement

PROPERTY NAME: Flat 5, 7 Barnoon Terrace


PARKING: No allocated parking. The nearest public long stay car park is Barnoon car park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Tarmac pathway to building entrance. Nearest unloading point is at the top of Barnoon Hill, just a short walk around the corner from Barnon Terrace.

PROPERTY ACCESS: Terraced front srea leading to entrance with raised areas. A total of 12 steps up to the entrance of the building. From the communal entry hall there is an angled staircase with 15 stairs to the entrance to flat 5. Stairs are slightly narrow.


STAIRS/STEPS: 3 steps into the bathroom.

FLOORING: Carpet throughout except bathroom and kitchen which have lino flooring. Carpet edging strips in to kitchen.

BEDROOMS: Un-restricted access around beds. Fixed wooden ladder on bunk beds in second bedroom.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS: To be advised.

BATHROOMS: Shower cubicle with folding door. 1 step up in to shower tray.

LIVING AREA: Curtains to windows.

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: Shared patio area to the front of the building with raised terraces and seating. Varying numbers of steps to each level. Paving can be un-even in places.

A lovely flat and had everything we needed. Fantastic view and excellent location.

We came by train from Nottingham which was very easy. Whilst in St Ives we purchased a 7 day bus ticket, you can also by 1 and 3 day ticket. We used the ticket everyday as it was easy to get about and see all the sights especially on the open top bus. So you don’t necessarily need a car. We enjoyed meals out at the Queens Hotel, Seafood Cafe and Peppers Italian restaurant. Also enjoyed coffee with a view at Pedn Olva Hotel.


Beautiful location , and lovely property . Can't wait to book for next year !
