In an elevated position, located on Barnoon Terrace this compact, bijou, first floor apartment is a great base to explore the nearby town, harbour and beaches which are all just a short walk away. The apartment also benefits from a communal seating area to the front of the property so that you can enjoy the fantastic views on a summers evening.

There are 11 steps up to the entrance of the communal hallway and 12 stairs to the flat entrance. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a TV/DVD player, electric oven, ceramic hob, larder fridge, washer/drier and microwave. There is a handy folding table and chairs to give more room when not eating. Off the lounge and down two steps is the main bedroom with 4ft 6in bed.
