In an elevated position, located on Barnoon Terrace this compact, bijou, first floor apartment is a great base to explore the nearby town, harbour and beaches which are all just a short walk away. The apartment also benefits from a communal seating area to the front of the property so that you can enjoy the fantastic views on a summers evening.
There are 11 steps up to the entrance of the communal hallway and 12 stairs to the flat entrance. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a TV/DVD player, electric oven, ceramic hob, larder fridge, washer/drier and microwave. There is a handy folding table and chairs to give more room when not eating. Off the lounge and down two steps is the main bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and access through the window to a small decked balcony. The second bedroom, which is also down two steps, has bunk beds and the shower room has a shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Mixed heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
