This spacious Victorian house is in a quiet, elevated position but only a few minutes walk from the town, harbour, beaches and nearest car park. With beautiful views from the attic bedroom across the bay to Godrevy, a garden area to the front and rear courtyard, the property provides ideal family accommodation.
There are 10 steps from the roadside to enter the front porch leading to the lounge which has a TV/DVD and music centre. From the lounge you walk through to the spacious kitchen/dining area with gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. A door leads to the rear courtyard with a drying area. On the first floor is a Twin Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. A half landing leads to a Shower Room with shower cubicle. Separate wc. The Family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and wash basin. On the second floor is a Family bedroom with 5ft bed, child's bed and cot. A steep narrow staircase (may not be suitable for the very young or those with restricted movement) leads to the Attic bedroom which has 2 x 3ft beds and beautiful views over the Harbour, Island and beyond to Godrevy Lighthouse. There is also a useful storage area with beach gear, games etc for guests use.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Wooden cot provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Shop: 0.2 ml.
