Situated in the sought after location of Barnoon in St Ives, 8 West Place is a stylish open plan property sleeping up to eight guests. Stunning sea views across Porthmeor Beach and Godrevy lighthouse can be admired from all four bedrooms, with the local harbour amenities only a few minutes’ walk away. The property benefits from a private courtyard and carport for one small car, making this a fantastic choice for larger families or groups of friends.

Entrance port leads to large hallway, off which there is a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. The kitchen leads into the open plan living and dining room, with Freeview TV. Bi-Fold doors from the living area lead to the enclosed courtyard to the rear, from which you can access the carport. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

Stairs from the ground floor lead to the second floor. Master bedroom with kingsize (5’) bed, built-in mirror wardrobes, sea views and ensuite bathroom with bath, basin and wc. A second double bedroom (4’6”) with chest of drawers and sea views is also on the first floor.
Another flight of stairs takes you to the second floor, with a king size (5’) bedroom and twin bedroom (3’). Both bedrooms have wardrobes and sea views. A shower room with electric shower, basin and wc is also on this floor.

Two high chairs, travel cot, baby bath, bathroom step and baby gate provided.

Notes: Parking for one car is available in the carport – please note that the access is very narrow and only suitable for small to medium size cars (no larger than a Ford Focus). There is a long stay car park opposite the property for additional parking.

The property is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the town centre. We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again next December
