St Ives Holidays is a well-established holiday cottage agency with a high street office in a prime location within St Ives. We are looking to recruit an experienced manager to support the success and growth of the business, to be able to provide the following -
- Leading, supporting and encouraging the team
- Liaising with owners about bookings, marketing, pricing and maximising income.
- Managing the property portfolio to high standard, achieving the best possible booking performance, repeat booking performance, customer feedback and homeowner retention.
- Recruiting high quality holiday cottages which meet the expectations of our guests.
We are looking for professional, enthusiastic and friendly applicants with the drive and determination to succeed. Previous experience of managing a team is essential. You should demonstrate a great attitude, excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, and experience of providing outstanding customer service. Applicants should have a full driving licence and the use of a car. Salary will be dependent on experience.

Guest Services Assistant - full time, seasonal
We are looking for a team member to join our guest services team. This is a seasonal, full-time position with an immediate start, working 5 days a week (including Saturday) until the end of September.
Dealing with customers, suppliers and holiday homeowners you will be jointly responsible with the team for the smooth running of a busy office ensuring all enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Strong IT skills, an ability to problem-solve and multi-task, a good sense of humour and a ‘can do’ attitude are what you will need to fit into our team.
